HOPE
Did
these two pieces some years ago. One is gone. The other, the smaller one, a sparrow, is still around. And the colour is still white. It is still unpainted. Somehow it represents life - still unfinished.

Work,work,work,work,work, save, number one. work, work, work, work, save; number two. work, work, work, work, save, work, save; number three. work, save, work, save, work, tontin, save, sewing, washing, saving, tontin, fortune-teller - number four. work, sew, tontine, washing, work, sew, tontin, save - number five.
sew, sew, iron, wash, iron, sew, sew, number one to school, sew, tontin, wash, iron, number two to school, wash, iron, number two, three, four and five, trudged to schools.
sewed and mended, washed and dried and ironed and saved, and four of five married and moved and ironed and ironed and worked.
