THE CREATIVE CLAY CHALLENGE!

Have you done the conventional teambuilding programmes? Have you organised teambuilding for your organisation retreats where you prayed that it would never ever rain (because all activities were outdoors?) Have you done all these activities - the hula hoops, the ropes, the blindfolds, the coloured balls; the wooden skis,?

Well, The Creative Clay Challenge (TM) is a totally new Teambuilding Programme by PEAK PARADIGM, owned by Leonard's Clay Creations --- It's totally NEW!

This can be a half-day or full-day corporate teambuilding programme.
Your learning outcomes are:
1. Effective and Integrative Sharing of resources lead to better ROIs.
2. Working as a team versus working in Silos
3. What will be your future organisation like? (Envisioning Activities)
4. Team Mediation (using clay to surface team issues)
5. Change Management
6. O.D. Scenarios

It is guranteed FUN or your money back!!!

Hitting the Books!

Yes, recently i have not been creating many clay pieces, just freely expressing myself whenever i have the time and inspiration. WHY?
I am doing an intensive course on HRD and Change Management, that's why.
The test is coming soon so i am hitting the books. Next week, i will be back online!
Good things are worth waiting for yes?

The season to mourn

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:

2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,

3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,

4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance...

Singapore has seen the passing of two human beings who have contributed greatly to our society - Dr Balaji and Madam Kwa Geok Choo. The clay creation here was done just this evening and it reminds me of seedlings after the emotional devastation...
